The landowner wants to continue seeing him, and others to enjoy as well.
- Archery tackle only.
- Thoroughly research all laws and regulations pertaining to your intended use of the property before purchasing the lease. Make sure that the recreational activities you'd like to conduct there are allowed by law.
- Follow applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct a map study prior to your reservation. For safety, all on your reservation/lease must familiarize themselves with the listing and the surrounding area.
- Be very careful of the house, roads, and neighboring properties. Shoot away from the house.
- No ground fires.
- Do not block roads or trails when parking.
- Must follow applicable Leave No Trace.
- Clean up after yourself and leave only your footprints. Remove all trash.
- Temporary stands only. No nails or spikes may be driven into trees. By erecting or using any hunting/tree stand on this listing, you and all those on the reservation agree to be solely responsible for the safe use, maintenance and repair of said hunting/tree stands. Outdoor Access Inc. and the Landowner assume no responsibility for the safety of the reservation holder and guests. The reservation holder and guests assume all such responsibility. Outdoor Access Inc. and the Landowner shall not be liable for any injury or death incurred by the Reservation Holder and guests.
