About This Property
Pine View property in Keysville, VA has an abundance of wildlife. There are over 300 acres of mature pine and hardwood that make for a great place to hunt deer, turkey, and other game. The property also boasts 2 different 4-acre lakes that have been stocked with bass, bream, catfish, and crappie. Pine View is a wonderful place to hunt and fish, but is also great for both camping and hiking. Pine View has miles of trails running throughout the property that all connect to the main road which makes navigation easy. The property has many ridges and creeks and is a beautiful place to just walk around.
**There is a single wide home that can be rented (for an additional fee) for overnight visits but must be discussed with property owner prior to arrival. Please contact Kerwin at 434-395-8648 to discuss rental of single wide.**
When arriving at Pine View, you will need to go down Pine View Lane off of Highway 59 in Keysville, VA. If you are unfamilliar with the area, please contact Kerwin Kunath at 434-395-8648 and set up a time for him to meet you. Kerwin is happy to give tours of the land!
Note: Our Outdoor Access photographer saw deer, turkey, and possibly a bear (didn't want to get too close) all while on the property taking photos.

Property Rules
- Thoroughly research all laws and regulations pertaining to your intended use of the property before purchasing the lease. Make sure that the recreational activities you'd like to conduct there are allowed by law.
- Follow applicable laws and regulations.
- All legal weapons: Follow applicable laws and regulations.
- No soil disturbance.
- Conduct a map study prior to your reservation. For safety, all on your reservation/lease must familiarize themselves with the listing and the surrounding area.
- No ground fires.
- Do not block roads or trails when parking.
- Campers must follow applicable Leave No Trace
- Clean up after yourself and leave only your footprints. All trash in must come out.
- The property should be the same when you leave as when you enter, which means members must pick up all trash and leave any gates in their original state.
- Be careful not to shoot around either the cattle that roam the pasture at the back of the property or the owners house/near the farm animals
- There is a newly opened wedding venue on the property, please do NOT shoot near venue.
Note: housing lots border the property on some sides. Be especially mindful of your shot and what is behind it. Ensure your shots are safe ones.
