- Conduct a map study prior to your reservation. For safety, all on your reservation/lease must familiarize themselves with the listing and the surrounding area.

- Do not block roads or trails when parking.
- Must follow applicable Leave No Trace
- Clean up after yourself and leave only your footprints.
- Leave all gates exactly as you find them both coming and going. If open, leave it open. If locked and or latched, lock and or latch behind you exactly as you found them.
- The landowner requests to meet with any hunters prior to a hunt for a property tour.
