Campers can choose between a beautiful acre-plus site along the pond, or a camping spot in the woods among the nearly 200 acres of land.

Prior to your reservation OA will provide the gate code. Lock the gate behind you, both entering and exiting.
No soil disturbance is allowed.
Conduct a map study prior to your reservation. For safety, all on your reservation/lease must familiarize themselves with the listing and the surrounding area.
No ground fires.
Campfires are allowed at the pond campsite only. Insure that all fires are fully extinguished prior to departure. Use water from the pond to dowse fire pit so that no smoke or steam remains.
Do not block roads or trails when parking.
Campers must follow applicable Leave No Trace
Clean up after yourself and leave only your footprints.
Please note the areas surrounded by trail paths demarked with an "X" through it. This is a safety buffer. No hunting or shooting within this area. You may drive through this area to access part of the listing behind it.
Do not drive between the house and pond. This is where the septic field is.
Fishing - Bass: Catch and release only. Other species: up to a total of 5 pan fish, chain pickerel, and catfish may be taken per person, per day.

Note: Housing lots border the property on some sides. Be especially mindful of your shot and what is behind it. Ensure your shots are safe ones.
