The range is open!!!

Starting June 1, 2026, the range can be reserved on SUNDAYS (and SOME SATURDAYS) as the farming season has started.   If you have a large group (8+) I can probably work out something for a Saturday.

I have made arrangements to have the range open the entire summer this year (this is new)!   The crops have been planted so the maximum distance is 200 yards right now.  When the crops are harvested in the fall, it will return to 500 yards maximum.

If you want to reserve the range in advance, you must reserve it for a minimum of four (4) people. I have had inquiries about reserving the range for groups anywhere from 4 to 17 people.  I’m only accepting a MINIMUM of groups of FOUR (or more) people to reserve the range;  as you can see that that’s the only way I can keep from losing money.  PLEASE KEEP IN MIND THAT FOUR (4) PEOPLE DO NOT HAVE TO SHOW UP, BUT YOU MUST RESERVE IF FOR AT LEAST FOUR (4) PEOPLE.  Naturally, more than four is welcomed.

If a date is open one (1) day prior to when you want to reserve the range, I will reserve it for a minimum of two (2) people. Of course, two people don't have to show up, but I must have a reservation for at least two (2) people for an open date one day in advance.

Keep in mind, you are renting my range for the ENTIRE DAY.   (Most ranges you go to will charge by the hour $20 - $100+.)  I have had to change my minimum number of reservations (as indicated above) in order to make it somewhat profitable for me.

The information below is being saved for later AFTER the crops have been harvested.  I just don't want to retype it all again in the fall.

Tired of having nowhere to shoot? Tired of crowds, lines, waiting, paying unreasonable prices? Want privacy? Tired of lanes limiting you to 25 feet? Tired of having to rush?  

Distance: from 0 feet to 500 yards! Come make a day of it; pack a lunch, relax...don't rush, enjoy, shoot, eat, take a nap, shoot some more, take a second nap, and have fun! There is an old hog feeder that is at the edge of the woods. This is the general area where you would be shooting at your targets; bring your own targets and stands. There is nothing around for hundreds of yards, so the woods provides the backdrop to stop all bullets. 

NOTE: Email land owner for availability: fwl.farm@gmail.com. Land owner is renting this property out by the day, NOT by the hour; shoot all you want (or can afford to). The calendar is closed until you email land owner about opening it up.

NOTE:  you must reserve the property for at least 4 people, even if only 1 person is coming.  This is for safety reasons, as well as me missing out on making additional income when more often than not, I have at least 4 or more people wanting to utilize the property.
