About This Property
Swim, fish, kayak, and camp next to our stunning waterfalls on the Meherrin River! Located 15 minutes from I-85 and just outside the town of South Hill, your private, secluded five-acre campsite is upstream a few hundred yards from historic Whittle Mill Park. Once you arrive, we are a short five-minute hike from our large parking area, where you will also find a freshwater well you can use during your stay. You can set up your tent in the clear, wooded area right next to the river or on the rock outcrop next to your the waterfall! This spectacular campsite is ready for folks seeking a unique adventure in southside Virginia.
