• Thoroughly research all laws and regulations pertaining to your intended use of the property before purchasing the lease. Make sure that the recreational activities you'd like to conduct there are allowed by law.
• Follow applicable laws and regulations.
• Conduct a map study prior to your reservation. For safety, all on your reservation/lease must familiarize themselves with the listing and the surrounding area.
• No ground fires.
• Do not block roads or trails when parking. Members must park in the designated parking area.
• Parking tag must be visible in vehicles parked on the property
• Must follow applicable Leave No Trace 
• Clean up after yourself and leave only your footprints.
• Leave all gates exactly as you find them both coming and going. If open, leave open. If locked and or latched, lock and or latch behind you exactly as you found them.
• Use of existing stand is at Member's risk.
• Extreme care should be taken in setups, taking into account adjacent land use
• Firearm shots must be taken from elevated stands or so that projectiles will be trapped by earth behind target. For example, a hill or terrain feature behind a deer.
• Absolutely no firearms shots may be taken without having an earthen backstop on the listing.
• Relic Hunting: Metal detecting and minor land disturbances allowed.  Please replace any dirt moved and report items found to Outdoor Access, as the landowner would like to know for reference.

Note: housing lots border the property on some sides. Be especially mindful of your shot and what is behind it. Ensure your shots are safe ones.
