Property Rules

A 48" fence completely surrounds the property and greatly deters loosed hunting hounds. The Landowner feels so strongly that the fence will stop loosed hunting hounds that he will refund the lessees $1,000 for a geolocated photo of a hunting hound clearly showing the hound and hound owner information on the hound's collar while on the Lytle Farm during the license/lease term. This refund will be paid only once during the license term. Please feel free to ask the Landowner for details.
Having a valid permission slip and parking pass for this listing from Outdoor Access constitutes landowner written permission to hunt with rifles in accordance with state and county laws and regulations.
Thoroughly research all laws and regulations pertaining to your intended use of the property before purchasing the lease. Make sure that the recreational activities and use of weapons there are allowed by law. The use of rifles is legal, for deer, when in a stand that is at least 10' off of the ground.
There are two established stands in the field. They are both 10+' tall.
Follow applicable laws and regulations.
No soil disturbance is allowed. At least 4 established food plots are on the property. More depending on the weather in September.
Conduct a map study prior to your reservation. For safety, all on your reservation/lease must familiarize themselves with the listing and the surrounding area.
No ground fires.
Do not block roads or trails when parking.
Clean up after yourself and leave only your footprints.
Note: housing lots border the property on some sides. Be especially mindful of your shot and what is behind it. Ensure your shots are safe ones.
Leave all gates exactly as you find them both coming and going. If locked and or latched, lock and or latch behind you exactly as you found them.
No fishing or waterfowl hunting.
The Landowner will be trapping and will gladly share the locations of the traps with the lessee.
The Landowner's kids will be visiting home and may be hunting during the season. They did not hunt at all when visiting last year.
The house lot in the center of the property is off limits to licensees.
