Hunters must follow all Virginia and Goochland laws regarding hunting.
All users on the reservation must sign in and out. Please see photo of check in check out sheet. Please write legibly.
You and other members on your reservation may select whichever of the 5 stands desired. All hunting must occur from or immediately adjacent to one of these 5, in place stands only.
You acknowledge that you and each of your invited guests has been made aware that each individual is solely responsible for the decision to use hunting stands on this listing. Assessing the serviceability of each stand, and knowing and using stand safety best practices is the sole responsibility of the individual, or parent guardian (for minors) prior to occupying any stand. If you are unsure that you meet these requirements, hunt adjacent to the stand on the ground.
You may erect a ground blind immediately adjacent to any tree stand if you chose to hunt on the ground.
Archery tackle only.
Crossbows may not be loaded until you are in the stand.
Hunters retrieving game outside of the hunting area designated on the listing map must contact the Camp Ranger for assistance.
Buck harvest minimums/requirements: 6 visible points above the brow line and spread outside the ears.
Please help with herd management. Antlerless harvest strongly encouraged in accordance with regulations!
With any Booking through www.outdooraccess.com, Members hereby finally and irrevocably release and discharge Outdoor Access, Inc, a Delaware Corporation, and the Landowner of the Property on behalf of themselves and their invited authorized Guests, for any injury or death that results from the Services or a Booking.
The Member and authorized invited guests purchasing the license to use this property, shall and do hereby indemnify, defend, and hold the property Landowner and Outdoor Access Inc, their successors and assigns, harmless from and against any claims and losses (including reasonable attorney’s fees) arising from this Agreement which the Landowner and or Outdoor Access Inc., their successors and assigns, may sustain or which may arise by reason of members and guests use of the property in this listing, or failure to comply with any requirements of this Agreement, and the Outdoor Access Terms of Service.
All game harvested must be reported to appropriate authorities and the Camp Ranger, James Hinkley, 757-358-4321.
