About This Property
The Heart of Virginia Council, Boy Scouts of America owns and operates Camp T. Brady Saunders in Goochland County, VA. From mid-August thru May, this listing offers 1/2 and full day boating & fishing permits Monday - Thursday on Lake Dillon, a 20-acre man-made lake at the camp. Large-mouth bass, sunfish, crappie, and catfish are commonly caught on the lake. This lake is best enjoyed from the bank, pier or with canoes, rowboats, kayaks, paddle boards, etc. There is an unpaved boat launch area that accommodates many small boat trailers and tow vehicles. It does not have a paved boat ramp- see listing rules section.
Camp Rangers live on-site. The camp is not available for use Friday through Sunday, nor during other peak use periods during June, July and early August.

Property Rules
- You must check in with the Camp Ranger via SMS Text message @757-358-4321 upon entering the property and upon departure. Text your name, number in your party, and brief vehicle description (EG White GM Pickup)upon arrival.
- The Camp does not provide watercraft or equipment for use. All persons in or on watercraft must wear a USCG approved PFD.
- Permitees must use the route depicted on the digital map going to and from the lake. Road/trail use other than the designated route is prohibited. Access to other parts of the Camp is prohibited.
- All persons 16 or older must purchase and possess a permit. An adult must purchase the youth permit for 16 and 17 YO's.
- Up to 2 minors, 15 and younger, under the direct supervision of an adult 18 or older, are allowed under the purchase of an adult permit.
- Be aware that the Boat Launch area is dirt and grass. Walk the ground in the launch area prior to pulling off main trail to insure it is trafficable for your vehicle and trailer.
- No boats larger than a 14 ft jon-boat are allowed.
- No gasoline boat motors.
- No alcohol or drug possession, consumption, or use.
- No Fireworks.
- No Firearms.
- No Swimming.
