Just 3 miles away is the CF Phelps Wilderness Area, offering hiking, horseback trails, fishing, a boat ramp, and hunting. Nearby is Lake Pelham, which offers boat rentals. There are also many wineries and Civil War sites in the area. For a unique experience, the Flying Circus is 5 miles away and can be seen overhead on some weekends. Fresh eggs and seasonal organic vegetables are also available on the property.

When reserving, please give me your ETA and what activity you will be here for. You will be provided the landowner's phone number in the arrival instructions, which will be sent approximately 24 hours prior to your reservation.
No field dressing of animals harvested elsewhere.
Bring your own targets and collect all shells.
No cement blocks or glass bottles. Pumpkins are fine. Throw the remains in with the chickens.
Parking is directly behind the house and to the left. Do not drive on the lawn and in the fields. If you have a lot to carry bring a wagon.
Bring a fire extinguisher, burning grass spreads very quickly and yes it has happened.
