About This Property
This picturesque working farm situated on the waterfront offers a range of activities such as fishing, crabbing, boating, birdwatching, and hiking. There is plenty of space along the creek bank to set up tents, as well as vast meadows and woodlands to explore. Plus, a small boat dock is available for your convenience. Enjoy the beauty of nature and all the outdoor adventures that come along with it!
To fish: Click "Buy Permit", choose an option from the drop-down menu that covers the total number of members in your party, and proceed through checkout.
To camp and Fish: Click "Lease Daily", choose your check-in / check-out dates (two-day reservation minimum), and proceed through checkout.

Remove all trash on departure. Camp in backyard only. Camp fires are permitted.

Property Rules
- NO HUNTING.
- Fishing is from sun up to sun down.
- Thoroughly research all laws and regulations pertaining to your intended use of the property before purchasing the lease. Make sure that the recreational activities you'd like to conduct there are allowed by law.
- Follow applicable laws and regulations.
- Conduct a map study prior to your reservation. For safety, all on your reservation/lease must familiarize themselves with the listing and the surrounding area.
- No ground fires.
- Do not block roads or trails when parking.
- Campers must follow applicable Leave No Trace.
- Clean up after yourself and leave only your footprints.
- Leave all gates exactly as you find them both coming and going. If open, leave it open. If locked and or latched, lock and or latch behind you exactly as you found them.
- Please do not go in the fenced-in pasture area as that belongs to another family member. The house next door is rented out - please stay out of their yard.

Boundaries
Large boxwood bushes separate our property from rental house next door. Fields to right of driveway as you approach house belong to us; fields and pasture on left side of drive belong to another family member. (See map for clarification.)
Parking & Access
Park in circular drive in front of house or in parking area beside house. Do not park on grass.
