Yes. An Outdoor Access lease gives you legal permission to be on the private land, but you still need a valid South Carolina hunting license and any species stamps your activity requires. Licenses, seasons and bag limits are set by South Carolina Department of Natural Resources, not by Outdoor Access. Check current regulations there before you hunt.
