Looking for that beautiful seasonal photo with nature? If so, this is some of the most beautiful countryside to have those precious memories made at.

This property is mostly a flat working hayfield with a small branch, creek, at back of the property bordering the neighbor. There are some trees on the outside edges and a patch of trees in the middle of the field that is great for photos, picnics, etc.

If you want to scout or hunt squirrel, possum, rabbit, quail, turkey, coyote, fox, bear or set up a deer stand to hunt deer, we have the different wildlife throughout the various seasons. Sometimes, there are game birds on the property at times for hunting as well. We have deer, bobcat, and bear that pass through the field from the forest from time to time. There is a small creek or branch on the backside that joins the neighbors property.

This property is great for a small day hike and picnic. There is a clearing near the creek area that you can tent camp. It is very primitive with no water, no electricity, and no other amenities.

This is a beautiful working hayfield for flying drones and seeing the Blue Ridge Mountain Range. There are spectacularly gorgeous mountain views from this location which is great for photographers and drones! There are various wildlife that passes through the hayfield. I was able to capture some pictures of the deer in the early morning hours as you see in the photos.

Use of short range ammo is advised since there are residences nearby.
Gates may be installed and locked provided key and or lock combination is provided to agent. Any such gate must accommodate additional locks so that the landowner, easement holders, and others with legal access may also access the property.
No soil disturbance is allowed. No game food plots may be established without written consent of the agent.
Conduct a map study prior to your reservation. For safety, all on your reservation/lease must familiarize themselves with the listing and the surrounding area.
Controlled fire. If needed, we have rocks that can be used as border for fire, or “fire ring.”
Do not block roads or trails when parking.

Clean up after yourself and leave only your footprints.
Be sure to clean up after yourself and be mindful of the residence around the perimeter of the hayfield near the road entrance.
Make sure to leave the RV/camper site neat and tidy for the next guest including for your next return.
Leave all gates exactly as you find them both coming and going. If open, leave open. If locked and or latched, lock and or latch behind you exactly as you found them.
