This blind is easily accessible via a walking pier or by boat (tie-up available), was originally built to provide waterfowl access for disabled veterans, making comfort, safety, and accessibility a top priority.

Whether you’re planning a day hunt or an extended stay, this blind offers a comfortable base in a prime hunting location.

The area is well known for producing quality duck hunts, yet access has historically been limited. This blind offers a unique opportunity to experience what Virginia waterfowl hunting is all about in an area few get to enjoy.

The blind includes cammo netting for concealment and a cayak that hunters can use to retrieve their birds.

You are encouraged to post the property in accordance with laws and regulations.
Conduct a map study prior to your reservation. For safety, all on your reservation/lease must familiarize themselves with the listing and the surrounding area.
No ground fires.
Do not block roads or trails when parking.
Must follow applicable Leave No Trace
Clean up after yourself and leave only your footprints.
Do not shoot toward the woods/treeline.
Everyone on the lease MUST BE a member of Outdoor Access in good standing or a minor child under the supervision of a member. No more than two minor children per member.
No subleasing or guiding allowed on the property. No Commercial Operations.
No substituting members. The same members will be part of the lease for the duration of the lease.
Do not tamper with the security cameras.
