Taylor Farm 32 - Camping, Hunting, and Fishing

• Thoroughly research all laws and regulations pertaining to your intended use of the property before purchasing the lease. Make sure that the recreational activities you'd like to conduct there are allowed by law.
• Follow applicable laws and regulations.
• No soil disturbance is allowed.
• No outside firewood. Firewood available for purchase on the property.
• Conduct a map study prior to your reservation. For safety, all on your reservation/lease must familiarize themselves with the listing and the surrounding area.
• No ground fires. Fire in designated fire pit only. Use water from pond to fully extinguish prior to departure.
• No swimming.
• Jon boat and kayak available for use, but you must bring your own life jackets and paddles.
• Do not block roads or trails when parking.
• Must follow applicable Leave No Trace. Clean up after yourself and leave only your footprints.
• Please ensure the ground is firm before driving on the trails.
• Do not drive across or through the fields. 
• Leave all gates exactly as you find them both coming and going. If open, leave open. If locked and or latched, lock and or latch behind you exactly as you found them.
• Each reservation is entitled to keep 10 bream/crappie combined, and 1 bass under 18"
