Two large, beautiful, well-stocked ponds (13 acres) grace the property and are brimming with egrets, heron and geese. Enjoy the peaceful scenery while fishing. Bring your jon boat or fish from the water's edge. In accordance with laws and regulations, a certified life vest is required for all persons onboard watercraft.

- You are encouraged to post the property in accordance with laws and regulations.
- Gates may be installed and locked provided key and or lock combination is provided to agent. Any such gate must accommodate additional locks so that the landowner, easement holders, and others with legal access may also access the property.
- No soil disturbance is allowed.
- Conduct a map study prior to your reservation. For safety, all on your reservation/lease must familiarize themselves with the listing and the surrounding area.
- No ground fires.
- Do not block roads or trails when parking.
- Campers must follow applicable Leave No Trace
- Clean up after yourself and leave only your footprints.
- Leave all gates exactly as you find them both coming and going. If open, leave open. If locked and or latched, lock and or latch behind you exactly as you found them.
- Please adhere to social distancing rules and do not enter occupied sites.
- Life jackets are required on all Bell Lakes Estate rented watercraft. We have a limited number of life jackets available for rent, so we recommend bringing your own if possible.
- ***Half and full day passes MUST BE PURCHASED THE SAME DAY THEY WILL BE USED. Advance purchase is not allowed. Same day purchase ONLY.***
- Map and property rules will be emailed to you when we receive your reservation. Please use the map to navigate the property and park only in designated areas. Sites 1-7 on the map are for half and full day pass visitors. Please park in designated areas only and walk to the site where you will spend your day
