This beautiful property has something for everyone! There are 5 tree stands already placed around the property as well as feeders and salt licks. There's a great mix of hardwoods and pines varying from open to dense cover on hilly terrain.

There's a covered area complete with picnic tables, a fire pit, a charcoal grill, and a porta-john all at the main parking area. You are welcome to camp out on the island in the pond and you can even bring the charcoal grill out there with you! There is a paddleboat available for use on the pond. If you have a cot or blow up mattress you can sleep in the very small shed/cabin at the south of the property(there's a tree-stand right outside for a quick morning set up!)

There is a target stand set up across the pond from the covered picnic tables.

Finally, there are corn-hole boards tucked away by the picnic tables for fun around the campfire or to take up the midday lull with a hunting buddy.

Scouting is permitted Monday - Thursday only while in season.
Thoroughly research all laws and regulations pertaining to your intended use of the property before purchasing the lease. Make sure that the recreational activities you'd like to conduct there are allowed by law.

Conduct a map study prior to your reservation. For safety, all on your reservation/lease must familiarize themselves with the listing and the surrounding area.
No ground fires.
Keep fires under control, contained in fire pit areas, and make sure the coals/ashes cool to the touch before leaving it unattended.
Do not block roads or trails when parking.
Campers must follow applicable Leave No Trace
Clean up after yourself and leave only your footprints. Pick up and take all trash with you!
Leave all gates exactly as you find them both coming and going. If open, leave open. If locked and or latched, lock and or latch behind you exactly as you found them.
Do not go in the medium sized, red shed cabin near the eastern side of the pond. - It is off-limits.
Bring and wear your own safety harness.

Note: housing lots border the property on some sides. Be especially mindful of your shot and what is behind it. Ensure your shots are safe ones.
