Conveniently located just an hour north of Charlotte, and just over an hour west of Greensboro, this gorgeous property offers over a quarter-mile of river front on the South Yadkin River. It's easy to spend a weekend kayaking, tubing or swinging from the rope swing! There are plenty of good spots to put in and take out upstream, down stream, and on the property. There's supposed to be great fishing on this stretch of river with a few productive catfish holes right above the rapids.

There are apple trees throughout the property, the owners also make their own molasses and apple cider. There are several freshwater springs and wells to fill up at if camping out for the weekend.

There are bits of gold flake in the main river and in the smaller streams on the property running into the river if panning for gold is your thing.

If you are in the market for any Amish-made goods, this property is in the middle of Amish country and there are loads of Amish stores around. The landowner is happy to provide recommendations!

Thoroughly research all laws and regulations pertaining to your intended use of the property before purchasing the lease. Make sure that the recreational activities you'd like to conduct there are allowed by law.
Follow applicable laws and regulations.
Conduct a map study prior to your reservation. For safety, all on your reservation/lease must familiarize themselves with the listing and the surrounding area.
No ground fires. Keep fires under control, and contained, and make sure the coals/ashes cool to the touch before leaving it unattended.
No loud music, yelling, or ruckus.
Do not block roads or trails when parking.
Campers must follow applicable Leave No Trace. Clean up after yourself and leave only your footprints. Clean up spent casings, targets, and trash.
Observe all firearm safety procedures when target shooting and ensure no one is downrange, and no one is around the bend of the river.
Leave all gates exactly as you find them both coming and going. If open, leave it open. If locked and or latched, lock and or latch behind you exactly as you found them.
Text/call the landowner in advance to let them know when you are arriving so they can meet you upon arrival and welcome you to the property. (Landowner info will be provided after booking your reservation)
