• Thoroughly research all laws and regulations pertaining to your intended use of the property before purchasing the lease. Make sure that the recreational activities you'd like to conduct there are allowed by law.
• Follow applicable laws and regulations.
• After purchasing your lease, a meeting with the landowners is required to introduce yourself and discuss the use of the property.
• When using the property you must text the landowner in advance of coming to let them know you will be on the property.
• Posting the property is required as part of the license. The landowner will provide the paint.
• Conduct a map study prior to your reservation.
• Ensure your shots are safe ones. 
• No ground fires.
• No hound hunting for deer.
• Campers must follow applicable Leave No Trace principles.
• Clean up after yourself and leave only your footprints.
• Everyone on the lease MUST BE a member of Outdoor Access in good standing or a minor child under the supervision of a member. No more than two minor children per member.
• No subleasing or guiding allowed on the property.
• No substituting members. The same members will be part of the lease for the duration of the lease.
• Land management activities take precedence over hunting activities.
• This is a license to hunt the property and only ensures access to the land. Outdoor Access cannot guarantee the condition of the property.

Note: housing lots border the property on some sides.  Be especially mindful of your shot and what is behind it.  Ensure your shots are safe ones.
