- Leave all gates exactly as you find them both coming and going. If open, leave open. If locked and or latched, lock and or latch behind you exactly as you found them.
- Lessee must provide their own lock for access through neighboring property.
- Do not drive on trails with road vehicles (trucks/cars/etc.) when wet. You are responsible for any damage done to the trails and must return them to the same or better condition as found upon the start of the lease term.
- Land management activities take precedence over hunting activities.
- This is a license to hunt the property and only ensures access to the land. Outdoor Access cannot guarantee the condition of the property.
