Yes. An Outdoor Access lease gives you legal permission to be on the private land, but you still need a valid Kansas hunting license and any species stamps your activity requires. Licenses, seasons and bag limits are set by Kansas Department of Wildlife and Parks, not by Outdoor Access. Check current regulations there before you hunt.
