This historic property is ideal for adventurers and outdoor enthusiasts alike! With rolling hills, a spring-fed creek that runs throughout the property, and various paths to explore, there is something for everyone. The property consists of 50 acres of untouched hardwoods, and the remainder of the land was planted with pines in 2013/2014. You will also find an abundance of beautiful dogwood trees throughout the property. The backside of the property is surrounded by a fence, with metal poles marking the boundaries every 20-50 feet.
This property is also perfect for relic hunters! With the Civil War infantry having marched right over this property, you may be able to find some incredible artifacts. A silver shoe buckle was recently discovered! We recommend following the creek, as this is often where the troops camped. The landowner would love to see a picture of your findings!
Finally, the property also provides various locations to tent camp and, if desired, the landowner's house can provide water.

- Conduct a map study prior to your reservation. For safety, all on your reservation/lease must familiarize themselves with the listing and the surrounding area.
- No ground fires.
- Do not block roads or trails when parking.
- Campers must follow applicable Leave No Trace.
- Clean up after yourself and leave only your footprints.
- Please knock on the door of the landowner when you arrive to introduce yourself.
- Relic Hunters: Landowner would like to receive a picture of your findings.
- Do not arrive before 9am.
Boundary & Access Details
Boundaries
The east boundaries are marked with metal poles every 20-50 feet, but also just stay west of the creek and you will remain on the Brabrand property. VERY old barbwire fence on south side of the property, but if you reach the field, then turn around because you have gone too far. The other two boundaries are marked by roads.
