Hunt hogs and catch some monster bass in your downtime with the hog/fishing permit! This ranch is packed with beautiful scenery and wildlife. Camp out, go fishing, and explore the miles of trails throughout the ranch. The pictures speak for themselves, showing you all of the beauty this property has to offer. There are six lakes of various sizes, up to 40-acres, on the property for fishing. For camping, please select the “Daily” booking option. Use the “Permit” option for selecting days to hunt, fish, hike, or use the shooting range.

Housing accommodations, boat rental, ATV/horseback rides, and other hunting opportunities are available but must be done by contacting the landowner directly either once on site or in advance.

For anyone flying in the closest airport just 15 miles from the ranch – Childress (KCDS) with a 6000' strip FBO w. fuel and 100 Lo Lead and AvGas, lounge, and courtesy car.

Thoroughly research all laws and regulations pertaining to your intended use of the property before purchasing the lease. Make sure that the recreational activities you'd like to conduct there are allowed by law.

No soil disturbance is allowed.
Conduct a map study prior to your reservation. For safety, all on your reservation/lease must familiarize themselves with the listing and the surrounding area.
No ground fires.
Do not block roads or trails when parking.
Campers must follow applicable Leave No Trace
Clean up after yourself and leave only your footprints.
Leave all gates exactly as you find them both coming and going. If open, leave open. If locked and or latched, lock and or latch behind you exactly as you found them. Leave all gates EXACTLY as you found them.
Bass are catch-and-release only.
Crappie and Catfish limited to 4 each per person.
