Minnesota North Shore Camping and Hunting

• Thoroughly research all laws and regulations pertaining to your intended use of the property before purchasing the lease. Make sure that the recreational activities you'd like to conduct there are allowed by law.
• Follow applicable laws and regulations.
• All ten acres can be accessed for hunting in compliance with MN state law.
• Renters must remain on the ten acres or the 160 acres of public land which joins at the northwest corner of the ten acres. No trespassing on our neighbor's land.
• No soil disturbance is allowed. No game food plots may be established without the written consent of the agent.
• Blueberry picking is allowed during the berry season (July, August)
• Conduct a map study prior to your reservation. For safety, all on your reservation/lease must familiarize themselves with the listing and the surrounding area.
• No ground fires.
• Do not block roads or trails when parking.
• Only one camper or tent is allowed.
• Campers must follow applicable Leave No Trace.
• Clean up after yourself and leave only your footprints.
• Leave all gates exactly as you find them both coming and going. If open, leave it open. If locked and or latched, lock and or latch behind you exactly as you found them.
• There is a private cabin on the property which is NOT included in the access.
• No shooting in the direction of Highway 61.
• Everyone on the lease MUST BE a member of Outdoor Access in good standing or a minor child under the supervision of a member. No more than two minor children per member.
• No subleasing or guiding allowed on the property.
• No substituting members. The same members will be part of the lease for the duration of the lease.
• Land management activities take precedence over hunting activities.
• This is a license to hunt the property and only ensures access to the land. Outdoor Access cannot guarantee the condition of the property.

Note: housing lots border the property on some sides. Be especially mindful of your shot and what is behind it. Ensure your shots are safe ones.
