Ten acres on the north side of Highway 61 on the North Shore of Lake Superior, in Cook County Minnesota. There is a camping pad with power but no water. The land can be accessed for hunting, camping, hiking. The ten acres is contiguous on its northwest corner with 160 acres of public land which is also open to hunting. This is ideal for grouse or deer hunters who wish to access the public 160 from a convenient, close-by camp site with power.
Note: housing lots border the property on some sides. Be especially mindful of your shot and what is behind it. Ensure your shots are safe ones.
The boundaries of the land are marked by the highway on the south, a trail on the north, and signs and orange tape on the east and west.
Turn into the driveway at fire stop 4607 which is about 2.3 miles north of the Naniboujou Lodge (at the Brule River) on Highway 61. Tents and campers would be placed on the left side of the T shape of the driveway by the power panel. Pull to the right to back a camper into the section of the driveway behind the tree line.
